Sandi is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
This means that she has completed a training program to sensitize her to the special needs of the senior population. With a background as a hospital based speech pathologist, Sandi spent years working with seniors and their families after strokes and laryngectomies. She has the patience and knowledge to make the transaction more comfortable for her senior customers. Sandi works hard to make the selling process as simple as possible for seniors and/or their families.
Sandi has knowledge of many community services for her senior customers. This may mean a senior move manager, a trusted handyman, a clean-out service, a financial planner to decide how to invest the home’s proceeds, or in-home health aids.
She can even help families find a free service for choosing independent, assisted or full care living. At times, Sandi works with the families, after the senior has moved out of the house.
For the younger seniors, Sandi has knowledge of the various 55+ communities in the area and can help them both buy and sell.
